Libby is an app developed by OverDrive that's available on Android and iPhone. This is a great option for finding free e-books for users with Samsung tablets or iPads. The app lets you connect your library card and read books that your local library has on its shelves. Most public libraries have catalogs of library books that are available for free download.

Free Kindle books are a great budget option for personal entertainment. Keep an eye out for exciting deals on Kindles as well as e-books and audiobooks. If you or someone in your family doesn't have a Kindle but still wants to read e-books, don't fret. There are plenty of great e-reader apps for your phone or tablet.

1. Connect your Android tablet/smartphone to the PC. 2 Open the Kindle folder on your Android device storage. Paste the MOBI books into that folder. To check the books that have been transferred, tap the menu icon at the top right corner of the Kindle App.

The Prolific Works App makes ebook delivery faster and simpler for anyone who uses our site. You can login to access all of the books you've ever claimed on the Prolific Works site, and then move them from the Prolific Works App to any ereader app currently installed on your device. Follow the instructions below to use the app on your Android phone or tablet device.

In the digital age, eBook reader apps have replaced conventional printed books. Now you can simply read your favorite book on your smartphone or tablet by downloading apps on your Android device. Several of the eBook apps even provide hundreds of free books. With these apps, you can quickly search for a book of your choice and start reading them right away. You no longer have to visit physical stores to buy books. Here are some of the best eBook reader apps for Android.

The first thing to consider is if you will use the tablet just for reading books or if you want extra features on it. Do you need a multipurpose tablet that will have the ability to browse the internet, to take photos with a built-in camera, or even play games? Or simple e-readers that cost less and are purely designed for reading eBooks and digital magazines. Deciding how many features you want will help with the decision.

Added to that, where do you want to take the tablet to read? For example, if you want to carry it in your purse to read on your work lunch break, you might want a smaller screen size than if is purely used at home for reading while sitting in bed. (I legit buy purses based on their ability to fit books in them so that is never a problem for me personally when it comes to being on the go).

How foolish I feel now; a PM caused me to realize that I didn't provide information. I use the Amazon Kindle app on my Samsung Tablet. I did download a separate Kindle reader for now. What I can't figure out is how to (if it can be done) get the Amazon reader to find non-Amazon-purchased kindle books.
